What is Music Therapy?

About Me.
I’m a Registered Music Therapist and Neurologic Music Therapist working primarily with children and young adults under the NDIS. With a background in multi-disciplinary allied health, early childhood interventions, aged care and palliative settings, I bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach to every session. I support clients in building communication, emotional regulation, and confidence through meaningful musical experiences, including songwriting, instrument play, and recording. Skilled in piano, guitar, and group facilitation, I tailor each session to individual goals and interests. I am passionate about creating safe, engaging spaces for growth.
